Rupe contacted me and said that ALOA is offering a FREE 1 Day Class at their event this year. We are planning to have a locksmith class, that will be held April 20-22. Location and class information to be announced soon. The ALOA class will be given away, in a drawing, after class, on Saturday. If you are interested, please contact Rupe, or Anna.

In response to the comments I've gotten....

The Officers Need Your Input
Since we didn't have a spring class we need your input on what you would like for a fall class. September is usually good. If you would like to have a class we need to know SOON so we can get it scheduled. We could have Jim Hetchler come for another auto class (like we have had with Stacy the past 2 years). As of right now nothing is planned. Another thought the officers have had is a fun get together weekend at the lake or something and just hang out together and talk locksmith with each other for a day or two.
Let me know ASAP what you want to do. If we don't get any response we will not plan anything. You can either reply to the e-mail you got from me, or if you didn't get one, you can leave a comment here. It won't be visible until I approve it.

September 2010 Auto Class Certificates
Jim Hetchler has sent the September Auto Class certificates. They will be handed out at the March Meeting.
Jim also said he would be glad to come in September. He is giving the organization a heck of a deal on the class next year! Something to look forward to, for sure.

STACY HETCHLER from KEY PRO will be back In Springfield with us for our September Auto Class! We had a LOT of fun learning with Stacy last September. The class is well worth it and a must attend if you do any amount of automotive locksmithing or are looking into getting started in automotive locksmithing. There will be an introductory class Friday evening at the Motel. Stacy recommends that you attend this, which is very helpful on Saturday when you actually get to go out and make keys! Saturday we will be carpooling to the class site, for the hands on part of the class.
